  1. Thankyou for the talk and eft about PEP. I have done eft in the past with Nick but he does’nt do the exercises like you he taps on every part. So I will try your version of eft I just can’t remember the sayings.


    1. Hi Dereen, I’m so glad you like PEP. And you can just follow along with the PEP list in the PEP Manual or just pick one phrase that you like the most. When you can’t think of anything else, I find that just saying “feeling peaceful well-being” is wonderful and helps in most situations. Let me know how that goes, k?
