Video: Quick Version of How to Do PEP

In this video, I show you how to do Positive Energy Psychology (PEP) in a quick, easy way so you can follow along with the rest of the PEP videos I’m making for you.  For this video, I just give a quick overview of what PEP is and how it’s essentially a positive variation on EFT.  I show you the PEP points and techniques using the phrase “feeling peaceful well-being,” always a wonderful PEP phrase to use when you’re not sure what else to say and you want to feel more peaceful and centered in your life.

In this video, I will teach you how to do my new technique which I call Positive Energy Psychology, aka PEP.  I am so excited to share this with you.  PEP is such a wonderful, positive uplifting way to align your consciousness with what you want to experience in your life.  It also helps you to release any old conditioned patterns of thinking and feeling that may be in conflict with these wonderful expanded ideas without having to focus on those negative patterns directly.  It truly is a positive form of EFT and takes the feeling you get from doing EFT to a whole new level.    Continue reading Video: How to do Positive Energy Psychology – PEP

How to Do Positive Energy Psychology – PEP

As you may remember from my last blog post (The Beginning of Something New: Positive Energy Psychology), I recently had an epiphany about how to do EFT in a whole new way that feels much more uplifting and empowering.  I realized that we don’t necessarily need to focus on negative phrases, ideas, and memories in the way that EFT traditionally does.  Although I love EFT and find it a very effective tool when I’m feeling intense negative emotion, I’ve never really liked its negative focus as a regular daily practice and I finally realized that this inner resistance was telling me something.  There is another way.
