In this video, I will teach you how to do my new technique which I call Positive Energy Psychology, aka PEP. I am so excited to share this with you. PEP is such a wonderful, positive uplifting way to align your consciousness with what you want to experience in your life. It also helps you to release any old conditioned patterns of thinking and feeling that may be in conflict with these wonderful expanded ideas without having to focus on those negative patterns directly. It truly is a positive form of EFT and takes the feeling you get from doing EFT to a whole new level.
