Video: PEP for feeling peaceful well-being — Positive EFT for anxiety, stress, worry, and more

In this video, I share my PEP for feeling peaceful well-being process with you.  This is a great process to use whenever you feel anxiety, stress, or worry of any kind and you’d like to come back to your natural state of unconditional well-being and peace.

I guide you through three rounds of PEP using the first twelve phrases from this process.  As you listen, see if you can feel yourself coming more into alignment with these ideas, these reminders that your well-being is unconditional and that everything is unfolding perfectly.

It’s OK if you’re not feeling it…

Remember, you don’t have to feel like you believe these phrases when you start… if you find yourself feeling anxiety, stress, doubt, or other negative emotions or beliefs as I guide you through the process, just let that be as you continue to follow along and touch the PEP acupressure points.

These conflicting negative feelings and thoughts are the underlying issues that you are releasing by activating the acupressure points, without having to focus on them directly.  I think you’ll see that as you follow along, you’ll find yourself believing these positive, uplifting statements more and feeling calmer, more centered, and more peaceful.

And remember, you can always listen to this process again to deepen that feeling of unconditional well-being.  It’s a great process to use every day, particularly when you’re feeling a lot of stress, anxiety, or worry in your life.
