For this video, I just give a quick overview of what PEP is and how it’s essentially a positive variation on EFT. I show you the PEP points and techniques using the phrase “feeling peaceful well-being,” always a wonderful PEP phrase to use when you’re not sure what else to say and you want to feel more peaceful and centered in your life.
